日本推进“再军事化”有实际路线和行动，一个新型的军工复合体正在加速形成。近年来，日本扩军备武步伐加速，防卫费从2012财年到2026财年连续14年上涨，2022年以来更是实现3年内翻番。“国家级操盘”让日本军工企业赚得盆满钵满，甚至在资本市场上制造了“军工泡沫”。数据显示，自2022年11月以来，三菱重工股价涨幅超过650%，IHI株式会社股价涨幅超过480%，川崎重工股价涨幅超过280%。与此形成鲜明对照的是，同期日本制造业平均年增长率还不到1%。
