今天第一个走访的，是66岁的王良水家。遭受家庭重大变故后，社区帮王良水申请了公租房，他不去住。老马带着志愿者帮他打扫房间，重新购置家具家电，王良水找到了家的感觉，“老马不断开导我，现在我也跟着老马帮助更多人。”临走时，王良水悄悄拉住记者问：“马警官到底什么时候退休？”原来，他和很多老人一样，担心老马退休后不来串门了。
